How does the free trial work?
Your personal workspace gets one 14-day Pro trial. No payment card is needed to register. Afterwards, continue on Free or choose a paid plan.
What can I monitor on Free?
Free includes 10 HTTP monitors, a minimum 5-minute interval and 7 days of history. It is available in your personal organization.
How quickly does UpBot detect an outage?
It depends on the interval and confirmation rules. Free checks as often as every 5 minutes, Starter every minute, and Pro and Business every 30 seconds. The interval is not a guaranteed alert delivery time.
Do I pay per user or per organization?
Subscriptions belong to organizations and include the seats listed in each plan. Each additional team organization needs a separate subscription. Joining another team does not affect your personal Free workspace.
What happens if I cancel?
After the paid period ends, your personal workspace moves to Free. Checks stop in team workspaces. Configuration is not deleted; history is kept according to retention rules.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. Manage your plan and payment details in the app's billing section. You will see payment terms and the final amount before confirming.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices exclude VAT. Applicable tax is calculated at checkout based on your billing details.
Do I need to install anything?
Nothing is needed to monitor a publicly available website. For heartbeat monitoring, configure your job to send a signal to its assigned URL.
