1. What we use

We use Google Analytics on the public landing page only after your explicit consent. Without consent, the analytics script is not loaded.

The app uses only technologies necessary for authentication, security, language selection and public status-page operation.

2. Essential storage

• Session cookie: keeps you signed in and protects account access.
• upbot_locale: stores the selected language for up to 12 months.
• upbot_analytics: stores your analytics choice for up to 12 months.
• _ga and _ga_*: after consent, Google Analytics uses them to distinguish visitors and sessions; the default lifetime is up to 2 years.
• Public status-page cache: may temporarily retain the last known status during short API outages.

3. Your controls

You can accept or reject analytics at any time using the Cookies button at the bottom of the page. Rejection does not limit website functions. Blocking essential cookies in your browser may prevent sign-in.

4. Google Analytics

Google Analytics measures website traffic and usage, including visits, sessions, approximate location and browser and device information. The provider is Google Ireland Limited; processing is governed by the Google Analytics service settings and terms.
